MC Workspace

We are thrilled to be able provide a workspace at the MC for people who call Formation home to be able to do work throughout the week.

Guidelines

• Due to thin floors and sensitive conversations happening in the offices upstairs:

  • The only workspace available is on the first floor at the bar area/soft seating area

  • White noise or music will be played at all times over the speaker system at a low level to act as a noise/privacy barrier. If white noise is not playing as you arrive, press the “1” on the Bose speaker on located on the work bar.

• Bring and wear your own headphones if you would like to listen to your own music or if the work you are doing requires audio of any kind.

• We don’t have the ability to provide any private offices or phone booth type areas so if anyone else is using the workspace or if any meetings are taking place elsewhere in the MC, please step outside to take phone calls, Zoom meetings, and etc.

• While working at the MC you have access to WiFi, are welcome to use the fridge to store food for the duration of that reservation (please take all leftovers with you upon leaving), use of the microwave and/or toaster oven, and also we will brew a pot of coffee each day that you are welcome to!

• We ask that everything be left in the same or better condition than how you found it including wiping down your work station with a Clorox wipe when finished. We don’t currently have a cleaning service so we must all partner together to ensure things are cleaned up and wiped down, garbage is emptied, restroom cleanliness is maintained, etc…

• While the social component of co-working can be fun, please ensure to respect that everyone, including the Formation staff is here to do scheduled work. If you are interested in meeting with Pastor Ryan, please schedule that time by clicking here.
